Few Delicacies That Are Suitable For Bodybuilders



You have the determination and zeal to build your body. That is a healthy sign but are you fighting that odd battle against those cravings for tasty food once a while? You are not alone. It happens with most of the bodybuilders. Sooner or later you will get tired of the eating boiled or steamed meals. No doubt they are good for your system but they do leave your taste buds lingering for some yummy food. No worries. There are several recipes available that you could confidently go for, while combining them with health supplements in addition to your daily workouts and end the delicious meals with these delicious desserts.  

1. High protein low calorie cheesecake: 

Cheesecakes are loved by all. They are one of the popular desserts in most homes. These food cakes are suitable for you even if you are bodybuilding daily. The ingredients include 1 cup of fat free cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of powdered sucralose or sugar free chocolate, eggs, whey protein vanilla powder, and protein-rich fat free yogurt. This is a complete bodybuilding nutritious dessert that will help make you feel healthier. The recipe is a good all round-vitamin and mineral rich diet and is very useful in boosting metabolism.

2. Protein pancakes with pumpkin:

These pumpkin filled pancakes are an ideal delicious breakfast addition. The protein content is about 42.5 grams in one serving. It also makes for a healthy afternoon snack over a cup of coffee or you could have it as a dessert, topping it with cream. 

4. Peanut Butter Cups

These protein-packed guilt-free protein peanut butter cups are yummy and tingle your taste buds deliciously. The only hitch is they are mixed with preservatives and have a heavy sugar content which doesn’t serve your purpose if you are looking at weight loss. You could replace the sugar content with honey and coconut oil since that will make it healthier and tastier. You can even have them chilled to enjoy more. The ingredients include ½ cup peanut butter & whey protein powder, 3 tsp coconut flour, 2 tsp peanut butter, ½ cup milk, and ½ tsp of any sweetener. 

5. BCAA Popsicles:

The BCAA popsicles are free of carbohydrates, sugar and calories, and make for an ideal snack replacement in the summer. You can add any juice of your choice to make them even tastier. Freeze them until they turn solid. They are quite simple and easy to make.
